My battery is running. However, I did not know that Digitec/Galaxus does not give a guarantee, and I cannot imagine that this is allowed by law. I am a regular and good customer with you and to date very satisfied with your service and goodwill.

I am very satisfied, a cell closure after such a short time is very rare, so this damage is covered by the warranty. I didn't know they didn't give a guarantee,
