I ordered one. The description says energy efficiency class A+, but I received energy efficiency class E on the packaging and a sticker mis E class.

According to the Dell website, the monitor is classified as A+. As of March, a new energy efficiency classification will be introduced, you probably received the label of the new classification. You can recognise the new one by a QR code on the top right of the label. In the new classification, all monitors have been downgraded quite a bit to keep A and B free for the future (so that there are not A+++++ devices again quickly).
