I ordered it on 28.02. with the delivery date this week, now the delivery date has probably been postponed until the end of March. Does the trade-in promo count from the point I ordered it or from the point I get it? After the PS5 delivery, I'm never quite sure about this information from Digitec anymore and I'm already seeing a very late delivery.

According to Samsung Switzerland (https://images.samsung.com/is...), the date of purchase is the date on the proof of purchase (i.e. the date you placed the order). Therefore, you do not need to worry as long as you submit this action to Samsung before 22 May 2022.
