Question about Anker PowerCore - Nintendo Switch Edition

I ordered "Anker PowerCore (13400mAh, PowerIQ)" according to the title of the article, but I received an article "Anker PowerCore 13400 Nintendo Switch Edition". I need a powerbank for my iPhone and iPad (I don't have a Nintendo Switch!), is the item I received suitable for this or not? Also, it only comes with a cable for charging the powerbank, but WITHOUT an adapter/connection to a socket. That doesn't work like that...
