Question about De'Longhi Nespresso Gran Lattissima

I ordered the machine last week and was able to activate the offer even though I'm already a customer. But I have to say that I haven't placed any orders in CH before, as I moved here from Ireland. But I understood the offer to mean that as a new customer you only need to open an account and as an existing customer you can use your current account. Hope that helps you?
