Question about Ugreen Fast Charging Powerbank

I noticed something today while charging my mobile: The powerbank still showed 43% charge remaining, but after about 3 minutes the display suddenly dropped to 0% and charging was stopped. Is this behaviour normal (e.g. due to an incorrect display/calibration) or could the powerbank be faulty? Many thanks for your support

Unfortunately I have already had to return 2 out of 4 of these powerbanks! The whole series seems to have the same defect! My money was refunded without comment. Never received an explanation. Haven't seen any comments on the internet either. 🤷🏻‍♂️
