I need a solid monitor for video editing in the home office, but I can't really decide between the 27" and 31.5", i.e. the PD2720U and the PD3220U. Is the only difference the size, or does the PD32 have other advantages? I work with an older MacPro cheese grater with OS 10.14.6 and Premiere Pro. I have a 4K gaming monitor as a secondary monitor. But I'm missing a monitor that shows me reasonably reliable colours for colour grading.

I have the PD3220U and am extremely satisfied with it. I can't make a direct comparison with the PD2720U. Connections seem to be identical, but what could be another argument for the smaller size for you (besides the price) is the maximum brightness, which is stated as 350 instead of 300 in the 27".

N.B. The brightness of the 32" is perfectly adequate for me. The only thing that bothers me about the PD3220U is that it takes a relatively long time to rub the sand out of my eyes after my MacBook Air M1 wakes up from sleep in a flash - it takes quite a long time (about 1 min) until the external monitor shows a picture again. But that could also be due to the Mac

PS: By advantages I mean, for example, additional connections, additional features or the like. If it's just about the size, 27" is probably enough for me and I can spend the Fr. 300 on something else...
