I need a second suitable power supply unit, which is not included in the scope of delivery. Can I buy the same one again separately or do I have to change to a universal power supply?

If you want the original, I would go through the manufacturer, as I have not found anything here. Otherwise you can use universal power supplies without any problems. Greetings
