I just can't get the earbuds to connect to my (Android) mobile. Despite many attempts, switching Bluetooth off and on, restarting the mobile, reinstalling the app, no success. Has anyone had the same problem and been able to solve it?

It was no different for us with an iPhone. Also kept losing the connection. Returned to galaxus
