I just built a PC with this motherboard and can't get the front panel IO to work. I have also connected the front panel from an old case and still can't switch on the PC - none of the LEDs light up. Is the board DOA or am I doing something wrong?

Are all cables plugged in properly? CPU power cable connected?
RAM correctly mounted?
Power supply switched on?
Have you bridged the pins of the power button?
