Question about Philips Hue Bridge

I just bought my Hue Bridge and plugged it in and at first everything seemed normal first all three lit up then the first then the second but the third didn't light up after about 25 minutes reconnected still not even reseted does anyone know a trick how to do this or could it be a fault with the bridge
