I installed Windows 11 a few weeks ago. This week I bought this product but when I connect this keyboard to my Lenovo legion laptop and touch the keys, nothing is written. Why do I have to send it back?

Normally this should have no effect. Maybe restart the computer, or check the keyboard drivers if there are any? If the problem persists then I invite you to contact our customer service about this.
