I have used the PowerBank once and completely discharged it. When charging, only one LED flashes and even after several hours the PowerBank has no charge. I have tried several USB chargers and USB micro cables. What could be the reason for this?

I also had a defective powerbank, mine lit up briefly and then the LED went out immediately. However, charging takes a very long time...more than one night!
