I have two Kingston RAM bars from an old Sony Vaoi laptop with the following spec: 2GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600s-9-10-F2. Unfortunately, I can't do much with these numbers, so the question: does it fit the NUC? PS does an SSD 2.5 inch fit? or does it need one with M.2 format? Thanks!

Regarding memory:
It is possible to use storage of type: 2.5" HDD and of type 2.5" SSD:
Type: 2.5" HDD
Ex:
Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SATA3 Manufacturer's ref.: WD10JPVX
WD Blue Mobile (1TB, 2.5", Notebook)
Seagate 1TB SATA6 Manufacturer's ref.: ST1000LM035

Type: 2.5" SSD
Ex:
Western Digital 1TB WD Blue Manufacturer's ref.: WDS100T1B0A

This is an SSD version SATA

It is unclear whether the 3D NAND SATA version with manufacturer no.: WDS100T2B0A is supported by NUC.

to the first question:
According to the website for Intel NUC Kit NUC6CAYH.
Memory Types: DDR3L-1600/1866 1.35V SO-DIMM
https://ark.intel.com/content...

Your RAMs with the specifications Laptop, 2GB 2Rx8 PC3-10600s-9-10-F2
can be set to
SO-DIMM DDR3-1333MHz. Voltage probably 1.5 V
Because of the frequency alone, it is better to use other RAMs; voltage would be another tricky point.
Useful examples for NUC6CAYH
Kingston suggests the following RAMS for NUC6CAYH:
