I have two immediate questions, the first is what accessories are included and the second is can you change the colour of the LED strip at the front?

Colour of LED strip can be changed via software. Accessories are standard as with all graphics cards. A support is also included in any case.

I have looked in the box. It only contains the card and a metal support for further mounting in the case because it is so big and heavy. No adapters and, in my opinion, no CD (?). but I didn't miss anything either.
I've never been interested in the LED lighting, so I can't answer your question.
