I have tried to download music from my computer to the MP3 player and I can only listen to 10 seconds of each song. What is wrong here or is there a setting that I need to change? Thank you!

I recorded music with Audials (playback and recording from the screen) and then copied it to the player. There was no problem with playback. Did you record any copyright-protected music? Can you play the recordings normally on the PC?

there is a setting you have to change, I haven't used it for a while so I can't tell you exactly which one, but I'm sure that's the problem.

Unfortunately, I can't help you any further. I'm not at all happy with the device, I either can't start it or stop it. Selecting the music tracks doesn't always work either... I would not buy this device again.
