I have tried to connect the headphones to my soundbar (JBL) with the cable (optical) but without success. As I want to use these headphones with a PlayStation5, I have no way of connecting them as the PS5 does not have an optical connection. Does anyone know another solution?

Hello Amir8. I have installed the system at my parents ... without any problems, works straight away. In your case, I would connect the device with the 3.5mm cable to the mobile, iPod or similar to see if the headphones work at all. Perhaps the TV set also has a 3.5mm socket, which is normally marked with a blue ring.  It is important that the slide switch on the charging station is set to AUX.
