Question about KFA2 GeForce RTX 2070 Super EX OC

I have this card and am very satisfied so far. But whenever the PC starts, the fans turn to 100% for a few seconds which is very loud. Is there any way to turn this off or just set it to 50% or something? Or is this a system check that cannot be switched off?

...this is a system check of the graphics card to see if the fans are working, live with it or buy another graphics card and return it here to Digitec because it's nerfing.
