Question about Keychron K2
i have the windows and alt keys reversed, does anyone know how to change this on the keyboard? also, i can only use the f keys, the multimedia functions don't work. the key combinations listed on the website don't work. can anyone help me? do i have to activate windows mode somehow? gg

The only thing I know (and you probably know too) is that there's a switch on the side to go from macOS to Windows.

You can bend a key remover with a slightly larger paper clip. Hook two diagonally opposite corners of your keys and pull the key straight up (or check Youtube/Wikihow, there is also a professional tool for this [https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/glorious-pc-gaming-race-keycap-puller-maus-tastatur-zubehoer-15866484]). The keys are very similar in shape and can then be swapped. The mapping of the keys (i.e. how your Windows PC understands the key you press) is a little more difficult to change. As a first step, I would suggest trying out the side switch that groundstation already mentioned. If that doesn't work, I would look for the keyboard settings in the system settings and try them out (I'm on a Mac, sorry).
