Question about Hyper HyperDrive Dual
I have the same problem that I can only use one screen at a time, either with MAC Book Air M1 or Lenovo. With 2 adapters it works. However, this cannot be the solution to the problem, for this steep price. Very troublesome..too bad...
What adapters do you have? So in addition to the HyperDrive, use adapters? from HDMI to what? And then these into the HyperDrive?
It works for me with two screens. At first I had the same problem as you and used two adapters (one of the screens was plugged into HDMI2 of the HyperDrive). After it worked with two screens and two adapters, I plugged the HDMI cable from the second adapter into the HDMI1 output of the HyperDrive and it worked. Maybe this will help you.
