I have a GTX 960 whose PCIe connector only has 6 cables, but this RTX 4060 Ti does indeed have 8.
It's in the PC that you need to check whether the power supply unit (PSU) has a connector available with 8 cables (6+2). In the case of a modular power supply, also check the packaging.
I've noticed that the price has risen by almost CHF 100 recently... incredible!
(If it's to replace a broken card, I'd take this for example:

New generation, RTX 50xx, out next year (2-3 months for high-end, 6 months for others)
