Question about JBL Charge 3

I have always paired the loudspeaker via Bluetooth. If I switch the volume to maximum via the device, it sounds respectable for "only" 2x10Watts. When I disconnect, I also hear a double tone as soon as I reach the maximum. Whatever you consider quiet is of course difficult to interpret here but in my opinion the part sounds really good for its size and wattage. Maybe you can find a YouTube video of me reviewing it so you can compare. I only use it indoors, so it probably sounds a bit richer.

You probably have not paired the volume control. Try turning up the volume on the playback device (e.g. mobile phone).
