I have several questions because I am not satisfied with my recently purchased 34" monitor:

- Does the USB-C cable (connected to a laptop) also transfer data, i.e. can I connect peripherals (e.g. a USB webcam) to the monitor that are recognised without needing another cable? Unfortunately, this is not possible with my current model, which requires an additional USB-B cable.

- Does the monitor have an integrated microphone and speakers?

Answer

So the USB-C connection can be used for transferring the image signal and data and for charging. But the monitor has neither speakers, nor a microphone, nor a webcam.
