I have problems it does not charge the battery over 20% and then discharges immediately.The battery is 650 mA has been replaced it seems low in capacity .I send photos of the battery compartment it seems to have been modified.The battery measured with tester measures 3.3 volts it seems low to me.

That does seem odd. Mine holds a charge just fine. Should I activate the warranty? Or check the usb charging cable too...?
