Question about Hama USB-C hub
I have plugged it into my MacBook Pro but nothing is transferred, so it doesn't work. Do I need to pay attention to anything?
USB and LAN work for me without any problems, but not the external hard drive via USB-C. I then unplug the USB-C hub and plug in the external hard drive directly and it works. I haven't tried the other interfaces yet.
It works for me without any settings, plug it in and it's ready (screen and USB stick). The product may be defective.
