Question about RØDE Nt USB

I have new headphones since 3 days that I connect to the microphone and I always get a noise partly I do not even hear the sound but only noise I have tested every usb socket partly it gets worse and not really better what can it be (have tested the headphones on my laptop and on the normal 3.5mm connection on the PC I have no problems there even via a monitor connection there is not) is it the mic or the cable connection?
