I have never experienced such poor communication from the seller to the buyer. Yesterday Digitec tacitly changed the delivery date for the 4th time (ordered on 16 December). According to the last email, the product should have been delivered on Tuesday, what a surprise, yesterday at 23:24 a new delivery date: 16.04.? Is it still possible? If it's not available you shouldn't give fake delivery dates to customers? I took the last 2 "delivery dates" off work to receive the parcel. 2 times I was allowed to spend the whole day at home. Thank you Digitec, I have cancelled the product, you have spoiled my desire for the product! I also hope that the other customers will cancel the product, you don't have to do this to yourself.
Unfortunately, due to delays within the logistics chain, we have to give delivery dates and stock levels without guarantee, but we always try to communicate realistic deadlines. Due to the exceptionally high demand, we are very reliant on our suppliers to be able to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible.
