Question about LandingZone MacBook Pro Retina 13" Docking

I have many problems with this device! Ethernet falls asleep When the MB Pro goes into standby, the external SSDs are rudely kicked out as the dock probably disables the USB ports. Switching my 2 external displays takes a long time and sometimes only unplugging the DP or HDMI cable and plugging it back in helps.
