I have MacBook Pro 2020 M1. I wanted to ask, would it be possible to connect two monitors with HDMI connectors with this adapter? Does it support DisplayLink technology? Thanks a lot!

No HDMI does not work at all. The connections are only Display Port. It is essential that you read the exact description.
