Unfortunately, I also lost one. It must be difficult to get a replacement because (as far as I have seen) they are not available online. For another matter, I wrote to Sandberg directly on Facebook and received an answer within a short time. I then received the required spare part by post directly from Sandberg. If I were you, I would also try to contact Sandberg directly. I wrote to them in English because they are based in Italy and their customer service is there. I can't say whether they speak German.
