"You can still pair the other FreeBuds 3 earphone with your phone. However, for a better user experience, it is recommended that you purchase a new earphone from a Huawei authorised service centre. Before going to the centre, it is recommended that you call to check stock.

Note: After purchasing a new earphone, place the new earphone and the original earphone together in the charging case, restore the factory settings, and pair them again."
