Question about Philips LED fluorescent tube 600mm, socket,white (3000 Kelvin)

I have just received this LED tube but it flickers when I turn it on. I don't know if it's faulty or if it's not compatible with my old fluorescent tube lamp. It is rated for 50Hz and is compatible with an electromagnetic ballast and the supplied sarter.
