Question about Bose QuietControl 30
I have just received the product, switched it on, done the updates but only the right earpiece works. Does anyone have a solution?

You have two choices: 1) unplug your ear or 2) exchange your product (possible within 14 days at Digitec)
Test with the supplied cable on another sound source (radio, TV, MP3 player). If the sound is ok with the cable, it is probably a driver problem. If one side doesn't work, it's the hardware and you will have to return the headphones.
I have not had any problems. It is probably a hardware problem.
