I have just purchased this item and the weird thing is that the touch screen goes crazy whenever I use Outlook. No problem with Word or the web. How do I fix this?

This is actually a problem with the touchscreen called 'ghost keys'. There is nothing you can do about it. Ask Digitec to repair or refund the product if it is still possible.
