I have just ordered this product from you, but I am not quite sure what it is. is everything included so that the lamp works, or is there something missing?
If you don't have one yet, you need a bridge. This is integrated into your WLAN, accepts the commands from your mobile phone, for example, and sends them to the lamps.
The Iris is also available with the bridge as a starter set, maybe you can exchange your order?
