Digitec Powerbank

I have just bought the power bank. However, I have a problem with charging. Passthrogh works, but as soon as I try to charge the powerbank on its own, it displays an error message (four flashing lights). The powerbank is within the recommended temperature range. I am using the Ugreen Nexode Pro 65 W charger. The error message occurs with both the strong and weak sockets. What is the reason for this? Actually, all common fast charging technologies are supported according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Could it be that your charger is delivering more than the 3A and the power bank is therefore malfunctioning?
I have now tried a different charger from Samsung, still the same...
