Question about Elgato video capture
I have just bought elgato from you. I connected it like the old one but it doesn't show up. What should I do so that I can use it?
Hi there! I had the same problem and had to plug in an old computer with a USB 2.0 port. It never worked on a USB 3.0 port. Best regards
