I have installed a W7 32 bit on a micro SD card for booting. Monitor stays black. Then the same with W10 32 bit. How do I get Windows onto it?

The majority of Windows operating systems are designed for the x86 architecture, while this has an ARM architecture processor. Therefore the two are incompatible. There are flavours of Windows that run on ARM cpus, but it's not your typical Windows environment experience.
