Question about Solis Grind & Infuse Pro 115A
I have had a Solis for about a year. Now the problem is that no more pressure is built up and therefore no coffee comes out. Is it possibly broken?

I had the same problem after about 2 years, even though we always fill the water with softened water via a filter. After a proper descaling, the machine works perfectly again.
Has it been descaled according to the maintenance intervals? Had a similar problem which was solved by decalcification
