Question about Jabra Evolve2 65 MS

We need this product for MACBook Pro and Microsoft Teams.
It is basically the same product. If MS is in the name, it has a few additional functions for MS Teams, which I don't find relevant. UC would be the same for UCC phone systems.
There are also differences in the USB receiver that comes with the phone, which provides better connectivity and function than Bluetooth. It is available either as an A or a C version (look at the photos).
I got the wrong one and had to buy an adapter.
