I wouldn't buy a GTX 970 anymore if an R9 390 or wait for the new ones.

Otherwise, replace DDR3 ram with DDR4 ram and it fits except for the power supply, which I would replace with a higher-quality one.

Also, your RAM is not compatible with your motherboard. I recommend Kingston HyperX Fury DDR-4, it is important that you use DDR4 DIMM 288.

If I were you, I would wait about another month if you can. Because then the new 1070 graphics cards from Nvidia will be out, with which you will probably have twice the performance as with the 970. Unfortunately, they will be a bit more expensive because they are new, so 400 to 450 for sure. I have a 970 myself and I'm totally satisfied with it, but if you have a little more time, enough patience and a little more money, I'm sure you'll be more satisfied. The 1070 will also last longer. The 970 is almost two years old.
