I have connected two such monitors via daisy chain (DP) and the computer via USB-C. Unfortunately, I can only get a resolution of 3840x2160 on one of the monitors, while the second monitor maintains a lower resolution (I think it was 2048x1152). What could be the reason for this? I have installed all Windows updates and the drivers on the DELL website; unfortunately, this has not helped. I just bought the monitors because of the daisy chain feature. Thank you for any help!

Under the following link you will find the following note:
https://www.coolblue.de/beratung...
"Please note that the image quality of the last connected screens decreases. The maximum number of screens is determined by the graphics card of your desktop or laptop".

It would therefore be necessary to answer the question of which graphics card is used and whether it is capable of delivering the same high resolution for both screens.
Further information on this can be found on the following website:

Connect the primary monitor to the PC via DP. Works for me without any problems.
If that doesn't help: Contact DELL support.

When I connect the same monitors via DP to a Targus docking station [1] and the same computer via USB C to the docking station, I achieve a resolution of 3840x2160 on both screens. I therefore assumed that it should not be due to the graphics card (Nvidia quadro m2000m installed in a Fujitsu Celsius H760 workstation).

Hello, what can your computer's graphics card do? There are precise specifications on how many monitors can be addressed with which resolution. You should check this first before looking for the fault elsewhere.
