Battery in and switched on "Cameras" in the battery compartment? Is the right one selected in Windoes Recording Device, not only in the chat software? In the Levels settings, is Boost in? If all else fails, try Voicemeter Banana (Probgram). We just used 2 Micros in parallel yesterday in Windows 10 in OBS. Good luck
