Question about Philips Hue White & Color Ambiance Datura

I have connected the lamp to my Phillips Hue app, but only the upper part of the lamp is recognised and I cannot control the lower part. It says that two different lamps are recognised for the top and bottom. Why does it only recognise the top part?
