Question about i-tec Thunderbolt 3 Dual Dock
I have connected the dock to a Huawei Matebook X Pro. The connection seems to be OK because the blue LED on the dock is lit. The dock is also connected to the LAN. However, the notebook does not connect to the LAN! How can I solve this problem?

Es tut mir sehr leid für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
Die Dockingstation verwendet Treiber, die Teil des Betriebssystems sind oder von einem Laptophersteller freigegeben wurden. Also sollte alles von Anfang an funktionieren.
Aber manchmal kann es vorkommen, dass Windows falsche Treiber findet. Bitte versuchen Sie, Treiber für LAN von hier herunterzuladen und zu installieren:

I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
The docking station uses drivers which are part of OS or are released by a laptop manufacturer. So everything should work from the beginning.
But sometimes may happen, that WIndows may find incorrect drivers. Please, try to download and install drivers for LAN from here:

We connected the dock to the Lenovo YOGA C930. Except for the keyboard and the mouse, everything worked right away. With the new keyboard and mouse set, everything works perfectly.
