I have connected my mobile (Samsung Galaxy A56), but it keeps crashing and I can't see the storage disc. Is that normal...?
You must not connect a hard drive to a mobile phone, the mobile phone may even be damaged. The mobile phone supplies far too little power. This only works, if at all, with a USB hub with its own power supply.
