I have connected 2 screens via the i-tec USB. However, it only recognises one screen. Can anyone help me? The notebook has the Windows 10 Enterprise operating system. Thanks a lot

Hi Mabo85

What happens to the second screen? Does it stay black?
Basically, it could be that the screen settings are not correct. I.e. I would check what it shows when you right-click on the (empty) desktop and then go to display settings. There you should see the screens. If this is the case, then click on the screen on which nothing appears and look further down at the item "Multiple displays" to see if "Expand this display" is selected.

Please also note the information in the manual (https://i-tec.cz/wp-content...) about the resolutions:
- One monitor: 1x HDMI max. resolution 3840x2160 / 30Hz or 1x display connector max. resolution 3840x2160 / 30Hz or 1x VGA max. resolution 1920x1080 / 60Hz
- Two monitors: (DP + HDMI, HDMI + VGA, DP + VGA): max. resolution 1920x1080 / 60Hz
- Three monitors: (DP + HDMI + VGA): One monitor with a max. resolution of 1920x1080 / 60Hz, two other monitors with a resolution of 1280x720 / 60Hz

For me, this would mean that 4k cannot be used with two monitors, for example.

I hope I could help you (and/or others).
