I have cancelled the pre-order because of the capacitor problems and I hope that by the end of october the bugs will be fixed and will be available again. otherwise think about AMD big Navi...

Now Nvidia has released a patch that partly solves the problem, but unfortunately you lose about 1 - 2 % of the performance. But I'd rather wait until my graphics card arrives, otherwise if the capacitors aren't right, you can sell the graphics card.
