Question about Purelink Arcana

I have bought it & connected it. (Philips hue sync to Arcana from Arcana to Sonos Arc & TV) With Swisscom TV it works but with Apple TV the picture keeps switching on & off (when I have selected 4K60Hz) with 1080p I don't have this problem. What could be the problem? Is there anything I can adjust on the device? I think the HDMI cables should be good.

If Apple TV outputs the signal in Dolby Vision, this corresponds to a 12-bit colour depth. This adapter only supports 10-bit colour depth at 4K. It should be possible to set Apple TV to HDR10.
