Question about Philips Hue Buratto Base
I have bought and installed a HUE Buratta. Unfortunately, I cannot pair the bulb with my app. Unfortunately, the serial numbers of the bulbs are not visible. How can I proceed?
Hold the dimmer switch supplied directly below each bulb/lamp and press "I" and "O" simultaneously until the LED on the dimmer lights up green. You have to do this with each individual bulb/spot. Then the app will find the lamps.

The problem is that the electronics are in the bulb itself and they just end up in the spot lamps, which means you have 2 lamps with 2 electronics...so 2 lamps. Each has its own serial number, which is only written on the side of the bulb. You have to enter it in the app when searching, then it will also find the lamps! The only problem with Burato is that the bulbs are extremely fiddly to remove. They can't be turned in one piece like the other lamps from Philipps. But with a little patience it works!
